Hello friends and Happy Monday! To start this week off with the "umph" I'm sharing one of my favorite TED talks I recently discovered, given by Bert Jacobs, co-founder of one of my favorite brands, Life is Good.
Even though the TED talk was given in 2013, Jacob's message is applicable anytime: every day when you wake up, do you focus on what's wrong in your life, or what's right? Choosing the latter (because it is a choice), can make all the difference in your daily happiness.
