I don't know about you, but my life feels like it's been even busier than usual lately. Unfortunately, one of the first things to suffer when my schedule gets packed is fitness... So I wanted to share this workout I came across on Self.com yesterday.
Regardless of how jam-packed your day is, surely you can squeeze in 20 minutes somewhere, right? Enter this no-equipment body weight workout. All you need is just a little bit of space to do these six high-intensity moves. Warning: they are a teeny bit acrobatic, due to the martial arts influence, but it's always good to mix up your routine, right? Watch the introductory video below to get started!
