St. Patrick's Day Spinach Balls

In need of a somewhat-healthy, super festive and especially delicious recipe to make for a group and/or work potluck this St. Patrick's Day?

Of course you are! Introducing...

Original recipe courtesy of "The Kitchen is my Playground," this "St. Patrick's Day recipe" is great because it requires absolutely zero green food coloring. And also because these little balls are seriously good.

The ingredients are simple: just some eggs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, chopped onion, stuffing mix, and a whole lot of spinach (See? Healthy). 

The recipe is really as simple as this:

1. Mix up all the ingredients
2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet
3. Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
