A Brunch Staple: Egg & Sausage Bake



This breakfast casserole was a family favorite growing up in my house, and a staple for Christmas mornings. Originally taken from the Three Rivers Cookbook II (The Good Taste of Pittsburgh), this Egg and Sausage Bake is a hearty brunch dish, and a guaranteed hit. While you can't exactly make this casserole last-minute (it needs to be refrigerated overnight), it only requires a few ingredients and is very easy to throw together.
